S/S '17: Home On The Ranch
We're always happy to be in the mountains, no matter what the season, so when deciding where to go for our Spring/Summer 2017 photoshoot, Colorado was an easy choice. We recently spent a week shooting all over the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley, from Independence Pass to deep in Old Snowmass. To capture some of our lifestyle pieces, we headed to a picturesque home in Snowmass, dubbed Creekside Ranch. Designed by CCY Architects, the expansive property sits on Snowmass Creek and boasts vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, and walls of windows throughout, making it the perfect rustic-modern backdrop for our new collection. The open floor plan and abundance of windows afforded virtually endless views of the surrounding Snowmass ski area and mountains, not to mention the 75 acres the home sits on.
The property was thick with locations begging to be photographed, including a rope bridge, an impressive treehouse, a pond with a dock, and wide-open space as far as the eye could see. The fact that the property is so vast you can actually cross-country ski on it come winter made us long to return once the snow begins to fall.
