No, if you do not already have an AETHER account your new membership will create an account that will be tied to this membership. If you already have a membership, please enroll under that existing account.

Your AETHER Insider Membership benefits can be accessed through the Membership tab on your account page.

Once your order is processed and you receive confirmation you will have access to your benefits right away.

Your AETHER Insider Membership is valid for one year and will renew automatically one year from the date of enrollment.

Yes, by subscribing you consent to AETHER's Insider email list. You can unsubscribe at any time, however, our email updates are sent to ensure you receive exclusive—and sometimes early—access to releases and sales as well as subscription details.

Your Novel Wallet Pass will also include occasional push notifications, and you can adjust the delivery method or opt out of these announcements as well.

Memberships can be canceled at any time. Refunds for a membership can only be processed within 24 hours of enrollment, if no discount or benefit has been used prior.

No, your account is for your personal use, good for one household only and cannot be shared. Only one email address can be attached to a membership account.

Yes! International customers will also benefit from zero restocking fees, however, unlike customers based in the U.S., they’ll be required to cover the cost of return shipping.

No, you receive free 2-day shipping on all orders in the US, however if you are needing overnight shipping as an option or if shipping internationally, this would not be included.

Yes! Your membership discounts and benefits can be used online and in-store.

Unfortunately, we do not allow "stacking" discounts unless otherwise noted.
