Behind the Scenes: AETHER Spring/Summer '17 Shoot

Recently we ventured to Colorado to shoot our Spring/Summer '17 collection against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. We explored on foot and by car, sometimes on a paved road and sometimes far past where the road had ended, heading to remote corners of the Roaring Fork Valley in search of the ultimate locations for our upcoming range of coats, knits, swim, and everyday wear. Making our way up Independence Pass—the windy mountain road known as much for its breathtaking, expansive views as it is for its steep drop off—we were rewarded by one spectacular vista after another, from seemingly endless meadows to imposing mountainsides. We ended our adventure at the Continental Divide, where the temperature was a good 15 degrees colder than where we began our day. Perfect for a company that prides itself on its outerwear.
