AETHER Rally in Pioneertown

This past weekend, we took the fourth annual AETHER Rally on the road, moving it from Paso Robles to Joshua Tree, California, where we took over the Pioneertown Motel and the area around it to ride, camp, barbecue, drink, and test-drive all kinds of fun vehicles. A group of riders made their way from our Los Angeles store to Pioneertown via 200 miles of twisties, while other riders made the huge trek from our San Francisco outpost. People checked into the Pioneertown Motel, slept in Springbar tents, or set up their own camp. Over the course of the weekend, attendees got to test-drive CAKE, Vintage Electric, Pro Italia Motors, Zero Motorcycles, and Vandherhall Motor Works in between rides through Joshua Tree National Park and off-road rides to Big Bear and back. The Essential Face Wipes Ursa Major supplied proved to be the perfect accessory for the desert's dusty terrain. After the riding and driving were done for the day, guests indulged in Highland Hickory barbecue, Madre Mezcal, Olympia Beer, House Beer, and Electric Sky wine. Mornings began with Verve coffee, and breakfast and healthy snacks were provided by The Goods Mart. After dinner each night, everyone gathered around the fire to roast s’mores and recap the day's activities. Thanks to everyone who came out—we look forward to the next AETHER Rally.
