Thanks to a slimmer silhouette combined with a rib-knit hem and princess seams at the front and back of the body, the W Launch Full-Zip Jacket NH achieves a flattering fit, while still offering substantial protection from wind and rain.
Benefitting from a construction that starts at the mlll level specifically to support the garment’s 800-fill-power grey-goose-down insulation, the Launch Full-Zip Jacket’s bonded baffles contain down that’s woven into the fabric itself, eliminating the need for exterior stitching, keeping the fabric’s surface smooth, and preventing down feathers from poking through needle holes in the seams. This also eliminates the thread tension found on traditional "sewn in" quilted baffles. No threads, no restrictions.
Sourced from ALLIED Feather + Down — an industry leader in traceability programs who achieved the prestigious bluesign® system partner status in 2010 — the 800 fill power set within the bonded baffling of our Launch styles provides serious insulation against winter’s worst while remaining highly breathable and lofty.
With stretch binding at its sleeve openings, a rib-knit hem, a chin and wind-guard, and a #5 reverse coil zipper at its center front, the W Launch Full-Zip Jacket makes the most of its pre-baffled insulation by effectively blocking out the cold and trapping in body heat. Despite its slim silhouette, this full-zip style incorporates numerous storage features, from a Velcro®-secured interior patch pocket to a zippered interior chest pocket to zipper-secured concealed on seam hand pockets with custom pulls.
