AETHERmoto LA: Mount Wilson Observatory

WHEN: Sunday, October 18. Meet at 8:30 a.m., kickstands up at 9 a.m.

WHAT: Please Join AETHER MOTO Los Angeles as we revisit one of our favorite rides to the historic Mount Wilson Observatory, located on Mount Wilson, a 5,7120 ft. peak in the San Gabriel Mountains, just northeast of Los Angeles. The destination is a fitting reward after 24 miles of sweepers and twists.

The route consists of a scenic detour through the San Rafael Hills before starting up Angeles Crest Hwy. in La Canada. When we get to Red Box Road, we'll split off toward the observatory. Once there, we'll take in the views of the San Gabriel Valley and grab a bite to eat at The Cosmic Cafe. See the map here.
