Are you familiar with pre-baffled fabric?

The beauty is in the construction of the fabric at the mill level to support the 800-fill-power grey-goose-down insulation. The baffles that contain the down are woven into the fabric itself, so there is no need for exterior stitching, keeping the surface of the fabric smooth. This process also means down feathers will not leak through needle holes in the seams, as often happens in traditional down jackets.

The Launch Jacket features a stretch-nylon binding at the sleeve cuffs and hood opening. There is a center-front zipper, and for storage, there are hand pockets (one with a hidden phone pocket) and an interior patch pocket with a Velcro® closure. There is also a rib knit at the body hem.
