A Sustainably-Made Shell
Pieced together using a fully seam-sealed construction, the Wallace Rain Parka is crafted from a three-layer Sorona® Stretch Fabric — a durable, sustainably-made construction that’s partially derived from plant-based materials. The combination of this fabric and construction technique result in a garment that’s completely and totally impervious to the elements.
The top of the parka is capped off with a funnel neck collar with a brushed tricot lining, and a three-piece hood. The Wallace Rain Parka was also developed alongside the Wallace Bucket Hat — a matching, fully seam-sealed hat.
The center-front of the parka features a hidden two-way all-weather zipper with a custom rubber pull.
The back of the Wallace Rain Parka has been outfitted with a storm shield.
Positioned beneath a storm flap, a series of ventilation holes have been laser-cut into the parka, allowing it to afford ample weather protection while still delivering breathability.
The Wallace Rain Parka hides an internal waist bungee drawcord with cord-stoppers that highlight and accentuate its wearer’s silhouette when cinched. Despite its flattering fit, this rain jacket boasts a generous suite of onboard storage in the form of top-applied bellows pockets and side-entry hand pockets secured via hidden zippers.
