An absolute masterclass in packable warmth and versatility, the Prospect Packable Down Jacket is a highly calculated layer offering the perfect balance of mobility and protection from the cold. Just as conducive to use as a standalone jacket as it is a mid-layer for snow sports or winter hiking, the Prospect is outfitted with 800-fill power RENU goose down at the sleeves and main body, plus features PrimaLoft® Gold everywhere else.
This garment is designed to perform best in 20 to 40 degree Fahrenheit temperature range.

Though it’s fully insulated and uses a non-stretch shell, the Prospect Packable Down Jacket manages to deliver a completely unrestricted range of motion thanks to its articulated elbow panels, raglan sleeves, and underarm inset rib knit gussets.
In order to provide an ideal balance of warmth and mobility, the jacket’s insulation is set in quilted baffles at the main body and sleeves, while its side panels have been left un-quilted. And, while not totally impervious to the elements, this travel-ready style is still water repellent.
Lending itself brilliantly to four-season use, the Prospect Packable Down Jacket features a #8 two-way VISLON® zipper at its center-front, complete with custom-branded AETHER pulls and grosgrain tabs. Additionally, the jacket features exposed hand pockets with #5 VISLON® zippers and pocket bags trimmed in a cozy brushed tricot on the palm side.

Though it’s full-sized, fully-insulated, and fully-feature-laden, the Prospect Packable Down Jacket is capable of packing down and stuffing into its own left-hand pocket, making this style perfect for travel use. A locker loop at the corner of its packable pocket bag also allows for easy lashing or mounting. When stuffed in its own pocket, the Prospect also makes for a surprisingly good camp or travel pillow — making it that much more conducive to jetsetting or use on the road.
Multi-Insulated Weather Protection
The Prospect Packable Down Jacket affords tremendous levels of warmth due to its use of multiple types of cutting-edge insulation. Utilizing a less lofty insulation that results in a less bulky silhouette, the jacket’s main body and sleeves boast 800-fill power RENU goose down, while the side panels and collar have been stuffed with PrimaLoft® Gold insulation.
