The Tioga Moto Boot is constructed around a set of water-resistant Spanish full-grain cowhide leather uppers with a Spanish calf leather lining and a padded leather tongue. The Tioga’s Goodyear welt construction allows it to be re-soled if the outsole wears down, allowing it to offer a literal lifetime of use — and making it a modern-day heirloom.
A Heritage Boot Infused With Modern Tech
Despite its retro-inspired appearance, the Tioga Moto Boot conceals cutting-edge D3O® lateral and medial ankle protection. D3O® AeroMax has also been integrated into the boot’s insole which massively cuts down on the amount of vibration transmitted, guaranteeing a smooth ride. The entire boot comes stacked atop a leather heel with a rubber cover, before being capped off with an ultra-grippy Vibram® outsole developed specifically for motorcycle footwear.
The Tioga boots have been treated to top-applied leather toe-shifter pads with underlying foam cushioning.
A leather heel-pull tab makes these boots easier to take on and off, plus its low-profile design makes it fully functional without snagging on the wearer’s pants.
The boot features metal eyelets coupled with three pairs of speed-lacing hooks.
