We’ve taken into consideration the life of an adventurer, providing oleophobic and hydrophobic coatings to the lenses to repel water, oil, and other substances while protecting the eyes from UV rays.

A Superior Build

Using natural Japanese acetate made of cotton and wood pulp, Sequoia frames are built to flawlessly maintain their form. Available in four colorways, the Sequoia was also designed to the millimeter to provide a steady, comfortable fit without compromising style and color vibrance.

Designed to maintain visual clarity.

Using oleophobic and hydrophobic treatments, the Sequoia sunglasses are designed to provide a clear view. The lenses are also polarized to dramatically reduce the sun’s glare on water, snow, or anything reflective. Pushing the protection even further, the glasses feature an anti-glare coating on the interior of the lenses to shield your eyes from harmful rays bouncing off the interior when the sun is behind you.

Custom detailing

The frames are accented by custom plaques with metal riveted hinges for enhanced durability. Each pair is packaged in a custom nylon case with pocket notch detail. The AETHER wordmark is engraved on the inside of the wearer’s right frame arm, while the AETHER logo is subtly engraved on the right lens, symbolizing our guaranteed lens quality. The AETHER logo also appears on the right temple tip; our mountain logo is heat stamped on the left tip.
