Better Fabric For A Better Base Layer

The Polar Base Layer Pant is made from Polartec® Power Grid™ Fabric — a proprietary breathable, lightweight fleece with multi-way stretch, moisture-wicking, and thermoregulating properties. The construction’s waffle pattern also helps to further bolster warmth and heat retention. 

Proven Cut & Shape, All-New Fabric

Our Polar Crew Base Layers harness the proven shape, cut, and silhouette from AETHER’s existing Premium Merino Base Layers, while receiving a more advanced construction.

Crafted For Comfort, Crafted For Mobility

The Polar Base Layer Pant’s minimalist design includes an AETHER wordmark on the elastic at the waistband’s interior. The use of flat lock seams enhance comfort while effectively eliminating chafing. An elasticized waistband and self fabric cuffs help to trap in heat and prevent cold air from entering in.

  • In addition to a gusseted crotch that bolsters mobility, the Polar Base Layer Pant also features a traditional men’s undergarment construction at its front opening.
