Technical Protection
Made in Japan, Dermizax™ Balance Four-Way Super Stretch fabric combines a non-porous hydrophilic waterproof membrane with 4-way stretch for breathable, waterproof protection and unrestricted movement. Fully seam-sealed construction provides added protection from water, while approximately 200% stretch allows for greater mobility. The membrane resists clogging from dirt, salt, and detergent over time, while dynamic breathability increases moisture transfer as body heat and humidity rise. Technical wool panels and a stretch taffeta liner complete the construction.
Recycled Down Fill
Insulated with 800-fill-power RENU® performance recycled down sourced exclusively from post-consumer products. The down is captured before entering landfills, then cleaned using ALLIED’s low-impact processing methods, treated, and repurposed to help reduce textile waste. Bonded-baffle construction keeps the insulation evenly distributed for consistent warmth while giving the jacket a more technical construction than a traditional puffer.
Insulated Hood
A three-piece insulated wool hood features dual front cordlocks and a rear adjustment system for a customized fit and increased peripheral vision. The mock neck collar features soft-brushed tricot at interior touch points and an embedded RECCO® rescue reflector, which helps rescuers locate you in the event of an avalanche.
