The Alder Chambray Button-Down is composed of a 100% cotton-based Chambray denim that’s remarkably warm and soft-to-the-touch. 

Thoughtfully Designed & Meticulously Detailed

In typical AETHER fashion, the Alder Chambray Button-Down benefits from a myriad of thoughtful design details, from its flat-felled 1/4 double needle top stitch to its double fold hem sporting a 1/4 single needle top stitch. 

The Right Kind Of Buttoned-Up

The button-down features a single needle edge-stitched French placket complemented via four-hole 18L buttons, while its sleeve plackets and felt-reinforced collar stand have been paired with 14L four-hole buttons. 

Style Meets Storage

This versatile daily-wear staple sports a single chest pocket that’s secured via a 14L four-hole button and a cover flap with AETHER’s signature quarter notch detail. 

While we built the AETHER name on our technical apparel, we recognize that daily life doesn’t always call for seam-sealed constructions, mobility-bolstering articulation, and advanced technical fabrics. And that’s why we’ve introduced styles like the Alder Chambray Button-Down — a less technical daily-wear wardrobe essential that maintains AETHER’s high standards for materials, build quality, and eye for thoughtful design details.
