An external rain- and wind-protection layer.
With the Draft Mesh Motorcycle Jacket, we added an external protective layer that can be thrown over the mesh jacket should the weather or temperature change while you’re on the road.
Constructed from an ultra-breathable mesh fabric.
The Draft Mesh Motorcycle Jacket is highly abrasion-resistant. Field-nylon at the back yoke and shoulders provides additional protection.
Design details.
The Draft Mesh Motorcycle Jacket features leather at the collar, hand-pocket openings, sleeve panels, and hem.
There are zippered mesh gussets at the sleeve openings.
The Draft also has zippered hand pockets for stashing necessities.

The global market leader in impact protection and shock absorption, D3O® uses unique patented and proprietary technologies to make rate-sensitive, soft materials with high shock-absorbing properties. The Draft Mesh Motorcycle Jacket is equipped with pads featuring the D3O® Ghost range for the shoulder and elbow pads—the thinnest and most flexible pads in the company’s arsenal—as well as Viper Level 1 D3O® armor protecting the back. All of the pads are CE-certified and completely removable. In an effort to prevent the Velcro® pad-pocket closure from irritating the wearer’s skin, we have created an innovative design in which the shoulder- and elbow-pad pockets can be accessed through the lining of the back-pad pocket.
Additional protection from the elements.
The water-resistant outer shell fits in a zippered kangaroo pouch in the back of the mesh jacket, making it easily accessible when the weather turns cold or wet. It’s constructed from a nylon stretch 3-layer fabric that is seam sealed, rendering it water resistant and windproof. Zippered hand openings allow access to the pockets in the mesh jacket. Additionally, snap tabs connect this outer layer to the jacket underneath. Reflective tape on the back and sleeves increases visibility at night.
