Pre-baffled construction means the baffles that contain the down are woven into the fabric itself, so there is no need for exterior stitching, keeping the surface of the fabric completely smooth. This process also means down feathers will not leak through needle holes in the seams, as often happens with traditional down pieces. And, the pre-baffled stretch ripstop has tremendous ease of movement.
The ASPENX Launch Vest is insulated with 800-fill-power goose down at the body and collar. At the side panels, there is 60 gram PrimaLoft® Bio™ insulation, made from 100% recycled, biodegradable fibers.
The ASPENX Launch Vest has an AETHER-logo center-front zipper.
There is an interior zippered chest pocket on the wearer’s-left side.
There are also zippered hand pockets with soft brushed-tricot hand-pocket bags.
For branding, there is the AETHER-wordmark logo at the wearer’s right-back shoulder and the ASPENX leaf at the wearer’s-left front chest. Additionally, there is an ASPENX flag label on the left side seam.
